Couto admits Spurs interestPortuguese veteran Fernando Couto has stated his desire to remain at Lazio but also confirmed that he has offers to play in England.
Couto is yet to seal a new deal with the Roman club and he has admitted receiving interest from England through Spurs, Bolton and Portsmouth and also from Russian outfit Dinamo Moscow.
The 35-year-old confirmed the offers, saying: "Yes, it is true about England and Russia,
"But my first option is to stay with Lazio.
"My desire is to stay, but that may be not sufficient. I expect to speak to the president and sort things as quickly as possible.
"He knows my salary will not be a problem."
