Confirmed: Raul wanted to exit Real

Real Madrid superstar Raul was sensationally ready to exit the club according to President Ramon Calderon.

Calderon said: ''He (Raul) said that if things continued in the same vein (After the 1-0 loss Getafe) he would leave and free the club from paying the rest of his contract,''

''After what happened in Getafe he told me that he really suffered and that he couldn't sleep.''
