Confimed - Tottenham sign defender

Tottenham Hotspur football club has signed defender Anthony Gardner to new three-year contract.

Manager Martin Jol expressed his satisfaction in confirming the signing of the former Port Vale man who has already made over 100 Premiership appearances for the North London Club.

He said: "Anthony is a valuable member of our squad, a good professional who always does the job when called upon and I am delighted he has signed a new contract,"
