Cole lined up for African roleAndy Cole has admitted he would be interested in holding talks with Ghanaian officials over a possible coaching role at next summer's World Cup Finals.
The Manchester City striker admitted: "I'm really interested in what Ghana have to say and I am looking forward to meeting them to talk about the job,
Dennis Tawian, a Ghanaian football official, admitted that Cole was being carefully considered for a role with the national team.
He said: "We want to give our players the best preparation possible for this World Cup and believe Cole could play a very important part in that."
