Cole admits frustrationWest Ham reserve striker Carlton Cole has revealed his frustration at the lack of first team opportunities that have come his way this season.
"It's been quite frustrating," said Cole.
"Bobby started well and it hampered my progression getting in the team.
"He has gone with Marlon ahead of me and sometimes Carlos has played.
"Now I am trying to settle down so hopefully things will go to plan."
