Chelsea complete Barcelona transactionPremiership club Chelsea have officially completed the signing of defender Juliano Belletti from Barcelona.
"It has all been a great surprise," said Belletti.
"Just yesterday I talked with Chelsea. We reached an agreement and so did Chelsea and Barcelona with no problem.
"Everyone's happy - me, Barcelona and most importantly Chelsea.
"I know a bit about what the Premier League is like. I know it's a tough league but I'm coming here with plenty of ambition and desire. I want to win trophies."
