Cannavaro wants Italy return

Real Madrid star Fabio Cannavaro has confirmed that he will end his career at home town club Napoli.

He said: “At the age of 33 I didn’t feel like ending my career in Serie B with a heavy points penalty. I couldn’t say no to that offer from Real Madrid,”

“My ultimate dream is to finish off my playing years with my brother Paolo at Napoli, forging a family central defensive partnership.”
