Candela ponders Bolton switchVincent Candela will make a decision in the next 48 hours regarding a permanent move to the Premiership with Bolton Wanderers.
The former France international spent the second half of last season on loan at the Reebok Stadium and helped the club secure a UEFA Cup spot.
Bolton boss Sam Allardyce wants Candela permanently at the Reebok but faces competition from Udinese, who also covet the defender as they look to bolster their squad ahead of their Champions League adventure next season.
Candela's agent Alexander Kristic told Sky Sports: "We have been in contact with Udinese over a possible move, but nothing has been done yet,
"Bolton are also hoping to sign him after he did well last season there.
"Udinese are in the Champions League and Bolton are in the Uefa Cup so Vincent has a big decision to make.
"Vincent would be happy to stay in England, but his wife is Italian so it is a family decision what he does.
"I think we will know more regarding his future in the next 48 hours."
