Brazilian agrees one year dealBayern Munich winger Ze Roberto has followed his heart and not his pocket by agreeing a new one-year contract with the club.
With his previous deal set to expire in just 10 days the 30-year-old had been stalling on the Bavarian club's final contract offer, branding it "a bit much" of a wage-cut.
However, he has now decided to accept the deal, which involves a significant drop in the salary he has been earning since moving from Bayer Leverkusen in 2002.
He said last week: "I don't want to leave because my family is happy here,
"My heart beats for Germany."
