Blues star out to banish all fearsMikel Forssell is out to banish any fears that he was allowed to leave Chelsea because of a dodgy knee by declaring himself as raring to go at Fulham on Saturday.
He said: "I've been able to have a whole pre-season and I haven't missed a single training session because of my knee.
"So there is no problem there. As for leaving Chelsea, this is a good move at this stage in my career.
"Birmingham are a club I believe can move forward because there are people here who want what is best for the club and are full of ambition."
