Blues star injury worriesBirmingham midfielder David Dunn appears set to face yet another lengthy spell on the sideslines after sustaining a torn calf muscle that will keep him out of action for at least four to six weeks.
Dunn sustained the injury during the first half of Wednesday's 1-1 draw with Liverpool at Anfield and was substituted after only 35 minutes.
The former Blackburn playmaker has had a nightmare time with injuries in the past 18 months having only just completed his return from a string of injuries.
