Blackburn star will fight onBlackburn midfielder Garry Flitcroft has vowed to fight for a new contract at Ewood Park.
The midfielder says he faces a challenge to hang on to a first-team place following the arrivals of Robbie Savage and Aaron Mokoena but is determined to show boss Mark Hughes what he can do.
Flitcroft, going into the final 12 months of his current deal, said: “I’m going to keep fighting for my place. I believe I’m good enough for this team.”
