Beckham agrees to start earlyEngland star David Beckham has answered an SOS from new club LA Galaxy and agreed to join the club early.
LA coach Frank Yallop said: "He's agreed to come out here ahead of the original date, which I think shows a real commitment to the club," Yallop told the Daily Mail.
"The last time I spoke to him he said he's excited to get over here.
"We need Beckham, I think recent results have shown that."
