Adriano returnsInter Milan hit-man Adriano has been recalled to the Brazilian national team after his recent good form in the Serie A impressed coach Carlos Dunga.
“He had some problems but he is finally back on track and I am sure this call-up will motivate him even more,” said Dunga.
“In Brazil’s national team there are no reserves, every single player must earn his spot in the squad,”
He added: “He is a champion and only those who do not know him could think his career was already over,”
“Inter were able to defend him and wait for him – boss Roberto Mancini fielded him at the right moment.
“He is finally scoring and enjoying his time on the pitch, exactly the epilogue that I was expecting.”
