Aimar looking to returnReal Zaragoza midfielder, Pablo Aimar, expressed his disappointment at being left out of the Argentina squad, chosen by new coach Alfio Basile, in light of the 3–0 defeat to archrivals Brazil.
Aimar, who participated at both the 2002 and last year’s world cup, has vowed to win his place back though, declaring, “Only by playing well with Zaragoza will I merit a place in the National squad again. I expect to have an opportunity and when it comes I’ll just have to take it.”
