Curbishley relieved with victoryWest Ham United boss Alan Curbishley has admitted that his side were fortunate to get the 3-1 victory over Sunderland yesterday.
"We'll take it because there's going to be another time we have the lion's share of a game and come out with nothing," said Curbishley.
"We got stunned by the goal and it turned the whole thing round, Sunderland grew in stature after that."
"Sunderland will be very disappointed but we will take it.
"We won the game and I told the players to enjoy it as much as you can.
"It is a big three points for us."
