Madrid stars exchange angry wordsFollowing Suggestions from Real Madrid's Roberto Carlos stating that Real Sociedad would be happy to hand the Primera Liga title to Barcelona have been condemned by Sociedad defender Aitor Lopez Rekarte.
Madrid's Brazilian left-back was annoyed by the fact that the Real Sociedad fans began chanting 'Barca, Barca' as he and his team-mates left the field following their 2-0 victory in Anoeta at the weekend.
With Barca ending the season in Anoeta against Real Sociedad, Roberto Carlos feels the result of that game is a foregone conclusion.
He said: "Forget the last game in San Sebastian, that game doesn't even exist,
"After what I saw on Saturday, I am not even counting on that game,
"Real Sociedad are not going to have as much pressure as when they play against us. They will play differently."
In an angry reaction to Carlos’ suggestions Lopez Rekarte said: "I think it's rubbish that Madrid are taking it for granted that Barca are going to win the last game of the season because they are playing here.”
