Real Director: Capello was rightReal Madrid sporting director Predrag Mijatovic says current manager Fabio Capello is the right man for the job and can judge from his own experience with the Italian tactician.
Mijatovic said: "In the summer, we considered the names of several coaches, but due to the situation of the team we did not have time for a long term project, as the public were very angry. So we decided on Capello and we gave him total freedom to win a title this season. I have total confidence.
He added: "In regards to the work and philosophy one talks about, Capello has not changed anything in ten years. Now he is more flexible, but he's not lost his hunger.
"With Davor Suker and me, we did not like that Fabio always changed us in games, but in the end I was named second best player in Europe, so he was right."
