Kanoute may miss derbySevilla boss Juande Ramos has admitted his concerns regarding the fitness of striker Fredi Kanoute in the lead up to the derby match with Real Betis.
"We are worried about him," said Ramos.
"We are having to weigh up what to do with him.
"The main thing is to ensure that he returns to 100 per cent fitness because we do not want him to play at anything less."
