Harry: We're over the moonPompey boss Harry Redknapp has expressed his delight to see the club qualify for the FA Cup final following their 1-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion in the semi-final.
"We're over the moon," he said.
"We knew how tough it was going to be and they did have a right go at us.
"We struggled to get hold of the ball in the first-half. They overloaded us in midfield and it worked for them.
"But we improved in the second-half and I was quite comfortable once we got the goal."
He added: "I didn't think we were overflowing with goals. We've relied on Defoe to score and of course he was not here today,"
"Kanu hadn't scored for a while, Milan Baros is yet to score for us and the likes of Lassana Diarra and Papa Boupa Diop are not goal scorers.
"We had a couple of chances to finish it and I thought we needed a second, but standing on the touchline I always think it has to be something special to beat (keeper) David James.
"But it's a brilliant day for the club and a brilliant day for our fans. They were superb as they always are. It was for them really."
