Arsene linked with African starArsenal are reportedly preparing to make an offer for Newcastle striker Obafemi Martins.
A source close to the player has hinted that the player might be ready to move on after negotiations with the Tyneside club broke down. He said: “It is a shock Newcastle cannot find the money any more for his new deal but he is a player a lot of clubs want.”
Manager Arsene Wenger is hoping to land the Nigerian star for around £11m.
