Serie A new-boys linked with Barca aceNapoli have joined the race to sign Argentinean striker Javier Saviola this summer.
The skilful hit-man recently confirmed his wish to leave the club, saying: “I consider my spell with Barcelona over, but I am looking to finish it in the best possible manner,”
“Barcelona are no longer my first choice and my relationship with the club has changed. The rapport between myself and the board has never been clear.”
He added: “I will be a free agent in June and I have no choice but to listen to the European clubs that have shown an interest in my services,”
“I don’t want to talk about the clubs or which country they are in until everything has been finalised, but I do have several offers on the table.”
“Everything will probably be sorted before the start of the Copa America,”
“I want to kick off that tournament in the right frame of mind by knowing where my future will be.”
