Allardyce happy with Viduka captureNewcastle manager Sam Allardyce thinks Aussie striker Mark Viduka will fire for his new club next season.
Allardyce told the Daily Star: "He had problems under McClaren (at Middlesbrough),"
"Being left out of the team and then being put back in.
"As a manager, you have to give a player the backing and support to make sure he's comfortable.
"If you've got a happy player and somebody who looks forward to coming in and training, you are going to get more out of them.
"Every player has faults but what matters most is Mark's experience, ability to hold up the ball and talent to score goals."
