Leverkusen sign Swedish starSwedish under-21 international defender Fredrik Stenman will leave Djurgardens for Bayer Leverkusen in January.
The deal, confirmed on the works club's official Web site, is worth around €900,000 to the Swedish club.
The player's personal details remain to be agreed, but that is seen as a formality now that the clubs have agreed a valuation. He will undergo a medical once financial formalities have been resolved.
The 22-year-old has played 109 games for Djurgardens and scored nine goals.
He was part of the team that won the 2003 Swedish championship, the 2004 Swedish Cup, and the double in 2005.
