Bayer boss praises Liverpool targetBayer Leverkusen manager Michael Skibbe is happy to have striker Andrei Voronin in his squad for as long as possible with an impending switch to Premiership club Liverpool looking likely in the summer.
"It does not matter what the stories are," said Skibbe.
"For the moment he is a Bayer Leverkusen player and he will be a Bayer Leverkusen player until he leaves.
"He is very important to us and I know he will give his best.
"It is in his interest to show what he is capable of against Blackburn."
