Inter pip Juventus

Inter Milan are thought to have pipped Serie A rivals Juventus to the signature of Ajax star Maxwell.

The Brazilian has already indicated that he will leave the club when his contract expires in Amsterdam at the end of the season.

Juve have been keen on the defender but the latest reports from Italy say that Inter officials have met with the player and offered him a four-year deal.
