Transfer deadline blastedHull City boss Peter Taylor reckons the transfer deadline is unfair on smaller clubs.
Taylor, who is also England Under-21 chief, is convinced the system forces teams to risk financial problems by overburdening themselves with players.
He said: "I still honestly can't understand why there is a window.
"If you're going to allow transfers, then you should allow them all through the season.
"A lot of clubs have more people on the books because they need cover. It's costing more money and that can't be right."
