Viola eyeing EuropeFiorentina goalkeeper Sebastian Frey thinks the club can aim for a spot in the European places if they can continue their good form.
Frey told Radio Italia: “Things are going very well and I believe we can compete for a place in Europe,”
“If we can improve further, we could also think about qualifying for the Champions League, although I know it will be very difficult. After our initial penalty, a European spot would be like winning the Scudetto for us.”
“As coach Cesare Prandelli also said, objectives change and now we can aim higher, towards Europe,”
He added: “Prandelli has matured as a coach, I think he is one of the best around, and he is also a man with great values.
“He has an honest and frank relationship with his players and this is extremely rare in the world of football,”
