Tottenham interest confirmedReports that Tottenham have been scouting his progress in Germany has been confirmed by Borussia Dortmund defender Philipp Degen.
German sources claim Spurs have posted representatives at Dortmund's games and the right back admits he is a fan of Premiership football.
When quizzed on Spurs' rumoured presence at the Westfalenstadion, Nachrichten said: "Yes, there were people here from England,
"There is interest.
"But I have a contract with BVB until 2008.
"I saw Arsenal play against Villarreal and I must say that this fast [English-style] football excites me.
"But I have a contract here in Dortmund and, actually, I feel very well."
