Palace boss wins caseCrystal Palace chief Simon Jordan has succeeded in his legal action against former manager Iain Dowie.
After the hearing, Jordan said: "I think if you're going to take these things on you have to be positive, there is always a chance you're going to lose - but the most important factor is that I took a man to caught for fraudulent misrepresentation and he was found guilty,"
"It is important that I didn't take Iain Dowie to court for £1million, I took him to court for fraudulent misrepresentation and that is what he was found guilty of, it is not for me to decide what damages a court will award.
"The court will look at the costs, and then the judge will consider damages and whatever he considers realistic is his decision, but most importantly it is a good case for football."
