Palace boss issues challengeCrystal Palace manager Peter Taylor has challenged goalkeeper Julian Speroni to prove his worth in the remaining matches this season.
He said: "I’m looking at Julian for at least two of the remaining games to see whether he can stake a claim for next year.
"He looks a very good goalkeeper and he deserves a chance."
Palace are likely to release veteran Gabor Kiraly at the end of the season and will be looking for another stopper if Speroni fails to impress.
