Tottenham close to star signingDarren Bent is set to complete a move to Tottenham from Charlton after the two clubs reportedly agreed a fee for the player.
Bent, 23, recently rejected a big money move to West Ham and it was thought that no other club would meet Charlton’s £17million valuation of the England International, but Spurs seem to have finally come up a deal that will bring the striker to the club.
Bent made 79 appearances for Charlton Athletic and netted 37 goals.
