Baggies midfielder wants permanent moveOn loan Cardiff City midfielder Jason Koumas wants to sign for the club permanently.
The West Brom player said: "I'm hoping Cardiff can find the money to sign me.
"I want to move here on a permanent basis, but it's a question of whether the club can do it. I'm sure they can.
"I'm loving it at Cardiff. I'm really enjoying my football at the moment, and I think the team's got a good chance of finishing in the top six.
"I certainly want to stay for the rest of the season. I feel I owe that to [manager] Dave Jones.
"He's probably the best manager I've played under."
