Bent to Spurs, Defoe to PompeyReports are today suggesting that Tottenham will listen to offers for pacey hit-man Jermain Defoe if they complete a deal for Darren Bent this week.
Bent, 24, recently rejected a move to West Ham United and is believed to favour a move to Tottenham this summer.
The in-demand Charlton forward will push for a starting spot up front if he moves and it is believed Defoe is not interested in being fourth choice (behind Bent, Berbatov and Keane) at the club.
Portsmouth, Bolton, Everton and Aston Villa are all believed to be interested in Defoe if he decides to leave White Hart Lane.
