Rovers looking to buildBlackburn Rovers manager Mark Hughes is looking to hold onto to all his stars and add to his playing personnel this summer.
He said: "We are not a club that can go and spend £10 to 15million on players. We do not have that ability.
"What we are not as well is a selling club.
"I do not have to sell any of my players. I seemed to spend all last summer fighting off bids for my good players.
"We just take it as a compliment that we have players here who are attractive to other teams.
"It will happen again this summer but we do not have to sell anyone.
"We have got our own targets and back-up plans. There may be players who come on the market we may be interested in."
