Spurs set to land defender

Reports are today suggesting that Benfica have agreed a deal with Premiership club Tottenham Hotspur for the services of central defender Ricardo Rocha.

Rocha, 28, could not hide his delight when he heard that deal was close. He said: "This will fulfil my dream to play in England,"

Tottenham will pay around £3.5million for the player.
