Jol looking upTottenham manager Martin Jol is looking to achieve a top four finish in the Premiership this season.
When asked what he was hoping to achieve this season, he replied: "My target is probably a philosophical one,"
"I want to play better football, I want to score more goals and I want to get more points on the board.
"If we do that, we will be in a better position, but we have to be realistic.
"I would love to break into the top four. For me, I have said it all along, I want to be a contender and compete for European football.
"You never know. With the talent we've got on board, with young players like Lennon, Dawson, Jenas, if they can develop into the likes of Bergkamp, Thierry Henry or Gerrard, I think we have got the qualities.
"Who knows? The sky is the limit."
