Tottenham hard-man decides to exit

Dutch veteran Edgar Davids has decided to return home with Ajax Amsterdam after falling down the pecking order at Tottenham this season.

The emergence of youngster Tom Huddlestone this campaign has seen the former AC Milan and Juventus star limited to only nine appearances so far.

Davids signed an 18 month deal with the club today.
