Sorin moves to Germany

Argentina captain Juan Pablo Sorin has joined German club Hamburg from Villareal.

Hamburg manager Thomas Doll said: "Sorin's experiences in the Champions League can help us," Doll has been quoted as saying.

Sorin, 30, has been linked with various clubs this summer and was close to concluding a deal with Bolton Wanderers prior to the start of the new Premiership season.
