Pennant: Hopefully first of manyNew Liverpool winger Jermaine Pennant has talked about his first appearance in a Liverpool shirt which included an assist for Luis Garcia to score the Reds second in a 2-3 loss against Kaiserslautern in Liechtenstein.
The 23-year-old said: “Setting up goals and scoring goals are the same thing to me.
"It’s always nice to score but I get just as much pleasure setting up goals for others.
“Hopefully they will be the first of many assists credited to my name while I’m at Liverpool.”
