Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle are chasing Real Madrid star Ivan Helguera.
The Spanish centre-back will be available on a free at the end of the season when his current deal expires and is furious with Real chiefs for stalling on offering him a new contract.
He said: "With the way things are I see myself more on the way out than staying at Madrid."
