After undergoing successful surgery on Wednesday Middlesbrough striker Joseph-Desire Job hopes to be fit to play again this season.

The 27-year-old Cameroon international had loose bone removed from his knee.

A club spokesman said: "Joseph's operation was a success and he is hoping to be back later this season.”
