Jenas: Down to hard workTottenham midfielder Jermaine Jenas says the recent run of good form the club has had is down to the hard work and determination of the players.
"That's football, you have your ups and downs," said Jenas.
"The semi-final (Carling Cup semi-final against Arsenal) took a lot out of us and we really wanted to be at Cardiff. But it didn't happen, we managed to get ourselves back on our feet after the Manchester United defeat and got back to winning ways.
"That's mainly down to hard work. We know when we look around the pitch there are great individuals but to add to that we needed hard work and graft, grit and determination. Once we started to win those battles then our quality came through."
