Hughes could lose twoBlackburn manager Mark Hughes is facing the prospect of losing both of his central defenders prior to the start of the new season after New Zealand international Ryan Nelsen confirmed that their were ongoing discussions regarding a move to Portsmouth.
Nelsen, 28, confirmed: "Portsmouth is still going on and it’s with the suits at the moment.
"There’s some interest there but I don’t know where things are at — I just kick a ball around."
Meanwhile reports are today claiming that Aussie Lucas Neill may also be on his way out of Blackburn with Tottenham rumoured to be his most likely destination.
