Hammers star happy with challengeIn-form West Ham United striker Bobby Zamora is revelling in the competition for places at Upton Park this season.
He said: "Tevez coming in is another challenge. We've got six forwards now, all of Premiership standard,"
"It's dog-eat-dog and it adds a little challenge for all of us. At the end of the day it will make the team better.
"Even with five strikers it was going to be hard but we will play about twice a week this season, especially if we stay in all the cups, and nobody can play that many games.
"So you've got to do your best when you get your chance."
Manager Alan Pardew added: "Regardless that it was Tevez who came on (Against Aston Villa), Marlon needs a goal, he is aware of that and I just wanted to say a few nice words to him,"
"Last year we played Bolton here, he missed two or three chances and everyone said he should be out of the team. But he scored a hat-trick in the next game.
"Once he gets himself inspired he becomes awesome."
