Everton discipline star

Everton manager David Moyes has confirmed that Dutch winger Andy van der Meyde will be fined for breaching club policy.

Moyes said: ''I have spoken with Andy and he is sorry for what has happened,'' he told the club's official website.

''He will be fined because he should not have been out (on Sunday) but that is the end of the matter.''
