Doriva could make wayMiddlesbrough’s Brazilian midfielder Doriva may leave Teeside in the summer to make way for new and younger signings.
Doriva’s current deal runs out next month and Boro have not offered an extension.
The 32-year-old has made 55 appearances in two years and boss Steve McClaren said: “He was a last-minute signing and has done a good back-up job.”
However Doriva said: “I would like to stay but, whatever happens, I know I can play in the Premiership.”
