Chelsea bad-boy returnsRomanian striker Adrian Mutu made his first appearance since his drugs ban to help Juventus cruise to a 4-2 win over Cagliari.
After being sacked by Chelsea in October, Mutu came on for the last 33 minutes at the Stadio Delle Alpi.
Chelsea still hope to get compensation from Juve after paying Parma £15.8million in 2003.
He said: “I’ve emerged from the tunnel of drug use and can see the light.
“I thank everyone for giving me such a warm welcome since my first day. I want to score lots of goals and become a key part of this team.”
