Bruce backs out of form strikerBirmingham City boss Steve Bruce has given Walter Pandiani a vote of confidence after he was targeted by fans during Saturday's 1-0 defeat against Everton.
Pandiani has scored just one goal this season but Bruce said: "His performance against Villa knocked him back and he was really upset.
"But you don't just lose your ability. When he joined us on loan last season he gave us a spark. Walter has scored goals wherever he has been."
